Insurance benefit is paid in case of injuries, fractures, disability or death of the driver and passengers.
The amount of the insurance benefit depends on the chosen sum insured and the severity of the injuries suffered.
Within the limits of the amounts provided, certain damages are compensated to third parties as a result of your vehicle or its disposal (for example, a car parked nearby was damaged when the vehicle caught fire).
Compensation of costs to the driver or passenger when property of third parties is damaged or destroyed as a result of opening the door of the vehicle insured (another car is bent, a bicycle of a passing cyclist is damaged, etc.).
Compensation of losses due to spilled oil, fuel or other chemicals from a stationary car.
Compensation of damage to after-market accessories.

Starting the engine, changing the wheel, fuel supply, emergency door opening, delivering a spare set of keys or other minor repairs and on-site assistance
If you are unable to continue the journey due to a technical failure or incident, a technical assistance specialist will arrive and perform minor repairs or provide on-site assistance (start the engine, change a wheel, supply fuel, help with emergency door opening, deliver a spare key kit). All you have to do is pay for the parts and/or materials used or delivered for the repair. Expenses for car keys, lock production, alarm repair, tire installation and balancing are not included in the service of minor road repairs and are not compensated. Towing the car to the nearest repair shop or another place specified by you
If the technical assistance specialist determines that it is not possible to continue the journey by the car and the breakdown cannot be eliminated on the site, the car is transported to the nearest repair shop or another place of your choice. Lithuania: unlimited service amount Abroad: EUR 500 |

Replacement car service
If it is not possible to continue the journey by car and the technical assistance specialist who arrives at the scene finds that the fault cannot be rectified on the site, the car is transported (towed) to a repair shop. If the repair is confirmed to take more than 1 working day, within 24 hours, a replacement car of an appropriate class, but not above average, is provided. All you have to do is pay for the fuel used during the rental period, insurance, pick-up and drop-off of the replacement car and other costs. Lithuania and abroad: up to 10 days, but in all cases no longer than until the breakdown is repaired. |

Taxi service during car repair
We will arrange a taxi service for you and your passengers if the technical assistance specialist determines that the car cannot continue the journey and the fault cannot be rectified on the site and the car is transported to the nearest repair shop, where it is confirmed in writing that the repair will take more than 1 working day. Travel extension service
If it is not possible to continue the journey and the technical assistance specialist determines that the fault cannot be rectified on the site, the car is transported to a repair shop. In this case, a return trip by train, bus or other means of transport will be arranged for the driver and passengers to their location of permanent residence in Lithuania or to the destination of the planned trip.
