Roadside assistance

We provide a free roadside assistance service, which is available around the clock and throughout the territory of the insurance certificate.
The arrival of a technical assistance car can be monitored in real time on a mobile phone.
If possible, we charge the battery of the electric car on site, without transportation.

Replacement car

If the electric car needs to be repaired, we will provide a replacement electric car, and in certain cases, for an unlimited period of time - as long as needed.

No deduction

In the case of the extended risk package, the deduction does not apply to the electric car charging station installed in your home, broken glass (lamps, mirrors or sunroof glass), losses caused by natural disasters and natural forces, collisions with animals on the road and cases when the car body can be repaired using special technology without painting.

Additional protection

In the case of an extended insurance risk package, together with the car, we insure the electric car charging station installed at your home, the driver's and passenger's luggage, a child seat, transported animals, externally mounted equipment, luggage and objects, towing trailer, additional equipment, license plates, the costs of replacing lost car documents. We will also help cover the deductible for a car rented abroad so that it does not exceed the deductible provided for in your car insurance contract.

Costs after the event

We cover the costs of rescuing the vehicle, transporting the non-running vehicle to repair or storage. And if you choose the extended insurance risk option, we also pay for the rescue equipment used, the costs of cleaning the cabin after the incident, the costs of restoring the forcibly canceled technical inspection, and the costs of performing the expertise.

Accident insurance

Voluntary civil liability insurance

Within the limits of the stipulated amounts, certain losses to third parties caused by your vehicle or its disposal are compensated (for example, if the vehicle caught fire, a nearby car was damaged).

Damages are compensated when the driver or passenger opens the door of the insured vehicle and as a result damages or destroys the property of third parties in relation to the driver and passengers (another car is dented, the bicycle of a passing cyclist is damaged, etc.).

Compensation is paid for losses due to spontaneous spillage of oils, fuel or other chemicals from a parked car.

We will compensate for damage to the electric car charging station or power source due to the electric car being left to charge or when trying to connect or disconnect it from your electric car.

Damages are compensated for vehicle equipment that is not factory installed and was installed later after the car was manufactured.

In Lithuania and abroad, depending on the risk package and selected conditions - from 7 to 14 days, and if it is provided due to the repair of the insured electric car, for which additional system testing is necessary according to the manufacturer's technical requirements, the replacement car is provided in such cases until the end of the repair of the insured car, without applying a limit
Taxi service during car repair period We will organize a taxi service for you and your passengers if the technical support worker determines that the car cannot continue the journey, and the technical fault cannot be eliminated on the spot and the car is transported to the nearest repair workshop, where it is confirmed in writing that the repair will take more than 1 working day. Travel extension service If it is impossible to continue the journey with the car and the technical assistance worker determines that the technical fault cannot be eliminated on the spot, the car is transported to the repair workshop.
