Separate categories are distinguished, which is why electric cars have some of the lowest depreciation rates on the market. For hybrids, depreciation will be applied regardless of the engine specifications and always at the lowest rates that would apply to cars powered by a conventional internal combustion engine.
Additional benefits with Voluntary Civil Liability Insurance
Additional compensation is provided for damage to the charging station or power source of the electric car as a result of the car being left to charge or connecting/disconnecting the charging plug to/from the car, if a damage claim was made to the customer as a result.
Comprehensive insurance
We cover losses due to the theft, damage, destruction of the vehicle or its parts, any and all sudden and unexpected events, except for the non-insurable events provided in the terms and conditions.
Roadside assistance
We provide a free roadside assistance service, which is available around the clock and throughout the territory on which the insurance certificate is valid.
You can track the arrival of the assistance vehicle in real time on your mobile phone.
If possible, we charge the battery of the electric car on site, without providing transportation.

Replacement car
If your electric car requires repairs, we will provide a replacement electric vehicle. In certain cases, the replacement car is available for an unlimited period—until your vehicle is fully repaired.
No deductible
With the extended risk package, no deductible applies to the charging station installed at your home, broken glass (including headlights, mirrors, or sunroof), damage caused by natural disasters, collisions with animals, or cases where the car body can be repaired using paintless dent repair technology.
Additional protection
In the case of an extended insurance risk package, we also cover additional items alongside your car. This includes the electric car charging station installed at your home, the driver’s and passengers’ luggage, child seats, transported animals, external equipment, luggage and objects, towing trailers, additional equipment, license plates, and the costs of replacing lost car documents. Additionally, we help cover the deductible for a car rented abroad, ensuring it does not exceed the deductible stated in your car insurance contract.
Post-event costs
We cover the costs of vehicle rescue, as well as transporting a non-operational vehicle to a repair shop or storage. If you select the extended insurance risk option, we also cover the costs of the rescue equipment used, cabin cleaning after the incident, restoring a cancelled MOT, and the costs of expertise services.

Accident insurance
The insurance benefit is paid in the event of injuries, broken bones, disability or death of the driver and passengers.
The size of the insurance benefit depends on the selected insurance amount and the severity of the injuries sustained.
Voluntary civil liability insurance
Certain losses to third parties caused by your vehicle or its disposal are compensated (for example, if the vehicle caught fire and a nearby car was damaged) within stipulated limits.
Damages are compensated when the driver or passenger opens the door of the insured vehicle and as a result damages or destroys the property of third parties in relation to the driver and passengers (such as dents another car, damages the bicycle of a passing cyclist, etc.).
Compensation is paid for losses due to spontaneous spillage of oil, fuel or other chemicals from a parked car.
We will compensate damage done to the electric car charging station or power source as a result of the electric car being left to charge or connecting or disconnecting it to or from your electric car.
Car accessories insurance
Damages are compensated for after-market vehicle equipment.
Roadside assistance
Track the arrival of roadside assistance in real time: using the link received via SMS, track the route of the emergency vehicle, the distance and the time required to arrive at the scene.

Electric car towage to the nearest charging station or on-site charging of the battery is carried out only when the battery of the electric car runs out on the road no more than 2 times during the contract period. |

If the technical assistance worker determines that the car cannot continue the journey and the reasons for this cannot be eliminated on the spot, the car is brought to the nearest repair workshop, charging station or another place desired by the driver, if remedying the underlying causes is technically difficult and may take more than one day. Replacement car service
In the event of a breakdown or an insured event, a replacement car is provided within 24 hours after the car is delivered to the auto repair shop and it is confirmed in writing that the repair will take more than 1 working day. A replacement car is provided for the stipulated period, but in any case no longer than until the end of the repair of the insured car. In Lithuania and abroad, depending on the risk package and the conditions selected, the replacement car is made available 7 to 14 days, and if the electric car insured under repair requires additional system testing according to the manufacturer's technical specifications, the replacement car is provided until the end of the repair of the insured car, without applying a limit. |

We will organize a taxi service for you and your passengers if the technical assistance worker determines that the car cannot continue the journey, and the fault cannot be eliminated on the spot and the car is towed to the nearest repair workshop, where it is confirmed in writing that the repair will take more than 1 working day. Travel continuation service
If it is impossible to continue the journey with the car and the technical assistance worker determines that the fault cannot be eliminated on the spot, the car is towed to the repair workshop. In this case, a return trip to the place of permanent residence in Lithuania or to the intended destination is organised for the driver and passengers by train, bus or other transport. Accommodation service
