ADB Compensa Vienna Insurance Group and Compensa Life Vienna Insurance Group SE (the “Companies”) are part of the Vienna Insurance Group (VIG), therefore our Baltic activities also consider environmental and sustainability issues.

The companies pursue the main goal of the VIG Group's activities: to protect what is important, and implement the "VIG 25" sustainability program, making all their business decisions and taking them into account in their daily activities.

At VIG, sustainability is about creating economic value today without doing so at the expense of the future. Taking responsibility for the long term and thinking from the point of view of future generations are the main aspects that guide our daily activities. The Group relies on forward-looking management and profitable growth to remain a reliable partner to its customers. VIG's fundamental aspiration is to integrate sustainability into its core activities by combining economic, social and environmental factors.

Looking at the defined long-term strategic direction of activity, Vienna Insurance Group has realized 3 main medium-term goals of:

- strengthening the leading position in the markets of the Central and Eastern European region;

- sustainable value creation;

- integration of sustainability aspects into core activities.

These priorities are an integral part of the activities of all VIG companies, which are aimed at achieving further growth by 2025.
