If you have the “Outpatient Treatment” insurance programme, consultations under this programme will not be provided for issues unrelated to a health disorder.

Can I use the Seesam TeleMED services even if I don’t have the relevant insurance program?

This service is available to all users of the Seesam mobile app. Therefore, if needed, the service can also be accessed by those who do not have the relevant insurance program for a fee, according to the rate agreed with the medical institution.

Is my data safe?

We would like to inform you that, in order to register your doctor's appointment, ADB “Compensa Vienna Insurance Group” will transfer the personal data that you provide in the registration form to UAB “Telesante” (https://telesante.lt/en/), the healthcare provider that offers remote general practitioner services (healthcare licence no. 4774).
