Register for a remote consultation from anywhere and at any time in just a few minutes. Once your registration is received, the doctors will contact you using the method you specified during registration.
If further treatment is needed, you can make an appointment with a medical provider within the SEESAM insurance partner network.

When registering for a consultation, you don’t need to worry about any additional steps or documents - you just need to complete a few steps on your mobile phone or computer screen and wait for the doctor’s consultation.
The consultation is provided in the way most convenient for you:

- Via Viber app
- Via WhatsApp app
- Through the Zoom platform
It is enough to have the SEESAM mobile app installed on your smartphone and an active Wi-Fi connection.
Save your time and forget about waiting in line at the doctor's office. You will receive assistance immediately. Consultations are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on working days. If you register for a consultation after 5 p.m., it will take place the next day at your chosen time.

Remote general practitioner consultations are a form of telemedicine that uses modern technology to provide consultations remotely - by phone. Our clients are offered the opportunity to consult medical experts when it is not possible to reach a doctor in the usual way. For example, this could be useful if the general practitioner works far from their place of residence. This solution also often ensures patient safety by avoiding contact with other ill individuals in medical facilities, and enables faster access to healthcare services compared to traditional medical care.
The service is available to those whose insurance coverage includes the “Outpatient Treatment” program.
Remote consultations are available in Lithuanian, English, Russian, German and French.

If you selected WhatsApp or Viber as your preferred method of consultation during registration, the general practitioner will contact you via one of these platforms. If you selected the Zoom platform, you will receive a link to join the consultation by email 15 minutes before it starts. This email will be sent to the address you provided in the registration form.
Consultations are provided in accordance with the terms of your insurance agreement. If you have the “Outpatient Treatment” insurance program, you can see a general practitioner for acute illnesses, injuries or exacerbations of chronic conditions.
Consultations are provided in accordance with the terms of your insurance agreement. They can only be offered remotely when no tests or physical examinations are required.
If you have the “Outpatient Treatment” insurance programme, consultations under this programme will not be provided for issues unrelated to a health disorder.
This service is available to all users of the Seesam mobile app. Therefore, if needed, the service can also be accessed by those who do not have the relevant insurance program for a fee, according to the rate agreed with the medical institution.
We would like to inform you that, in order to register your doctor's appointment, ADB “Compensa Vienna Insurance Group” will transfer the personal data that you provide in the registration form to UAB “Telesante” (https://telesante.lt/en/), the healthcare provider that offers remote general practitioner services (healthcare licence no. 4774).
