What is important to know about TPVCA insurance for electric scooters?
Starting from January 2024, TPVCA insurance is mandatory for all motor vehicles, including electric scooters, tractors, and self-driving vehicles, whose maximum design speed exceeds 25 km/h or whose gross weight exceeds 25 kg, or for those with a design speed greater than 14 km/h.
