We recommend using the electronic self-service system E-life, which allows you to not only review your life insurance contracts, check life insurance conditions, paid premiums and accrued amounts online at any time of the day, but also conveniently report the insured event, fill in and send the necessary applications for insurance benefits and attach the necessary documents.
You can also report an insured event by visiting the convenient for you Compensa Life office and by submiting relevant documents.
Documents on the insured event must be delivered no later than within one month from the date of the event.
Once we have received all the documents required to investigate the insured event, we must pay the insurance benefit within 30 days in accordance with the insurance rules, but we try to pay it within the shortest possible time.
