It can be used by insured persons who have a Smart ID, mobile signature, as well as costumers that are clients of Swedbank, SEB, Danske Bank and DNB banks. By submitting your request through the mobile app, you will be able to track the status of your health insurance application for reimbursement.
Electronic application form in the electronic self-service system E-health
Customers of Swedbank, SEB, Danske Bank and DNB Banks can submit an application for health insurance reimbursement via an electronic banking system. Customers of mobile operators can submit an application by signing in with their mobile signature. By choosing this method, you will be able to apply for health insurance benefits faster and more conveniently. After logging in to the system, the application fields about the insured person and amount of attached receipts will be filled in automatically. As soon as the application for expenses reimbursement is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Submitting a request without logging in via an e-banking system
Customers of other banks and customers who are unable to submit a request through an electronic banking system will be able to fill a request without logging in via any banking system. In order to submit a request in this way, you will need to enter the insured person's personal code and health insurance card number.
