INPATIENT TREATMENT IN STATE HOSPITALS:

  • Paid services provided during inpatient treatment due to health issues include: single / double room, medical devices, and medications prescribed for treatment during the hospital stay.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES IN STATE HOSPITALS

Paid services provided in a State hospital during inpatient treatment due to health issues include:

  • Single / double room during inpatient treatment.

INPATIENT TREATMENT IN PRIVATE HOSPITALS:

  • Services provided during inpatient treatment in a private hospital due to health issues include: diagnostic and treatment services, paid room, medical devices, and medications prescribed for treatment during the hospital stay.

Maternity care, childbirth, and postpartum care Maternity care, childbirth, and postpartum care

Services provided at healthcare institutions related to pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care include:

  • consultations with family doctors and specialist doctors, tests (laboratory, instrumental, prenatal), and periodic visits and tests for pregnant women;
  • genetic consultations and treatment;
  • room during childbirth.

Dental services Dental services

Services provided at a dental clinic or healthcare institution include:

  • oral hygiene;
  • consultations with dentists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, prescribed tests, and treatment;
  • orthodontic, dental, periodontal, and surgical treatment of dental and jaw diseases;
  • prosthetic and implant services;
  • tooth extraction;
  • treatment with dental splints.

Medications and medical devices Medications and medical devices

Items purchased at pharmacies, online pharmacies, healthcare institutions, and orthopedic goods stores include:

  • medications prescribed by a doctor with an ATC code;
  • orthopedic devices prescribed by a doctor (braces, insoles, crutches, compression stockings);
  • dressings, band-aids, syringes, inhalers, glucometers, and test strips prescribed by a doctor, as well as drops and hearing aids.

Vitamins, over-the-counter medications Vitamins, over-the-counter medications

Items purchased at pharmacies and online pharmacies include:

  • prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and minerals;
  • dietary supplements;
  • homeopathic and plant- or animal-based medicinal products.

Optics Optics

Services provided at healthcare institutions and optical stores, and items purchased include:

  • consultations for selecting optical aids with an ophthalmologist or optometrist;
  • corrective glasses;
  • contact lenses and contact lens care products;
  • vision correction and/or vision preservation surgeries; protective eyewear for computer work.

Preventive, periodic health checks and examinations Preventive, periodic health checks and examinations

Services provided at healthcare institutions include:

  • preventive health check-ups;
  • health checks required for obtaining certificates;
  • employee health checks;
  • consultations with family doctors;
  • consultations with specialist doctors;
  • examinations (laboratory and instrumental).

Vaccinations Vaccinations

Services provided at healthcare institutions include:

  • vaccinations chosen by the insured or prescribed by a doctor (vaccines);
  • vaccination services;
  • consultations regarding vaccinations.

Rehabilitation treatment Rehabilitation treatment

The need for rehabilitation must be determined and prescribed by a specialist doctor who performed the diagnosis (not a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor - PMR). Upon establishing the diagnosis, the specialist doctor provides a recommendation for rehabilitation treatment. The PMR doctor (rehabilitation specialist), after evaluating the medical documentation from the treating doctor, prescribes rehabilitation procedures. If the treating doctor prescribes rehabilitation procedures and their quantities within their medical report and within their competence, without the examination of the PMR doctor (rehabilitation specialist), then an additional consultation with the PMR doctor is no longer necessary.

Services are compensated depending on the chosen subtype of the rehabilitation treatment program:

Subtype of the rehabilitation treatment program - MEDICAL REHABILITATION

Services provided at the healthcare institution due to health impairment:

  • consultations with a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor;
  • prescribed by the specialist doctor: consultations with a kinesiotherapist, occupational therapist, physiotherapy (ultrasound, microwaves, impulse therapy, magnet therapy, and other rehabilitation treatment procedures), kinesiotherapy, occupational therapy, mud and water treatments, therapeutic massages, halotherapy, manual therapy.

Subtype of the rehabilitation treatment program - REHABILITATION TREATMENT AFTER 72 HOURS OF HOSPITALIZATION

Services provided at the healthcare institution due to health impairment after being hospitalized for at least 72 hours:

  • prescribed by the specialist doctor: consultations with a kinesiotherapist, occupational therapist, physiotherapy (ultrasound, microwaves, impulse therapy, magnet therapy, and other rehabilitation treatment procedures), kinesiotherapy, occupational therapy, mud and water treatments, therapeutic body massages, halotherapy, manual therapy.

Subtype of the rehabilitation treatment program - MEDICAL WELLNESS

Services provided at the healthcare institution:

  • consultations with a sports medicine doctor, physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor;
  • consultations with a kinesiotherapist, occupational therapist; physiotherapy (ultrasound, microwaves, impulse therapy, magnet therapy, and other rehabilitation treatment procedures), kinesiotherapy, occupational therapy, mud and water treatments, therapeutic massages, halotherapy, manual therapy;
  • non-traditional medical services (endobiogenics, bioresonance testing, phytotherapy, leech therapy, etc.).

Alternative medicine Alternative medicine

Services provided at a personal health care institution:

  • consultations with a homeopathic doctor and diagnostic tests prescribed by the doctor;
  • consultations with an endobiogenic doctor and diagnostic tests prescribed by the doctor;
  • electroacupuncture bioresonance computer diagnostics;
  • microbiota tests, SIBO tests;
  • food intolerance tests;
  • apitherapy;
  • acupuncture;
  • phytotherapy;
  • hirudotherapy;
  • hippotherapy;
  • osteopathy, manual therapy, applied kinesiology;
  • hydrocolonotherapy;
  • reflexotherapy;
  • color and light therapy, music and art therapy, neurotherapy;
  • ozone therapy;
  • relaxation therapies: autogenic training, deep breathing therapy, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation.

Services provided/purchased at healthcare institutions, opticians, or pharmacies:

  • doctor consultations;
  • tests (laboratory and instrumental);
  • surgical procedures;
  • dermatological treatment (phototherapy, mole removal, scar/capillary laser treatment, etc.);
  • preventive health check-ups;
  • vaccinations;
  • dental and jaw disease treatment, and oral hygiene;
  • medications, vitamins, medical aids (orthopedic products, syringes, bandages, etc.), blood pressure monitors, thermometers, heating pads, glucometers, hearing aids;
  • optical products (corrective glasses, corrective contact lenses and lens care products), eye surgeries;
  • rehabilitation treatment and physiotherapy services (kinesiotherapy, therapeutic body massages, microwaves, ultrasound, etc.);
  • non-traditional medical services (endobiogenics, homeopathy, bioresonance testing, phytotherapy, leech therapy, etc.).

Services provided at SPA centers, sanatoriums, sports clubs, and pools by individuals licensed to provide relevant activities:

  • physical activity (sports, dance, physical education, group wellness services), body massages;
  • consultations with psychologists and psychotherapy.

Services provided at healthcare institutions:

  • consultations with sports medicine doctors, physical medicine, and rehabilitation doctors;
  • consultations with physiotherapists, reflexologists, and their services;
  • water therapy, physiotherapy, manual therapy, massages, mud treatments;
  • body composition analysis and ergonomic posture assessments;
  • alternative medicine services (endobiogenics, homeopathy, bioresonance examination, phytotherapy, leech therapy, etc.);
  • consultations with psychiatrists, medical psychologists, psychologists, and psychotherapists, as well as the psychotherapy they provide;
  • consultations with dietitians and nutrition specialists, creation of nutrition plans.

You can only pay directly with the insurance card for those health care services, that are covered by a contract between the insurance company and the medical institution. What amount should I enter for reimbursement, or will it be calculated automatically?

Enter the desired reimbursement amount while adhering to the limit of the health insurance program from which you expect compensation and other conditions of your employer's insurance contract. If you indicate a desired reimbursement amount that exceeds the limit, we will reimburse the maximum allowable amount according to the terms of the health insurance contract
