Please note that when choosing a car repair shop, it is important to select the correct category of repair shops, which applies depending on the insurance conditions stated in your insurance policy:

  • KASKO repair chosen by the Insured / New value / Without depreciation – Clients with KASKO insurance and one of these conditions stated in the insurance policy can choose a car repair shop themselves or go to one of our recommended repair shops.
  • KASKO repair chosen by the Insurer / Market value – Clients with KASKO insurance and the condition "Repair chosen by the Insurer" or "Market value" in the insurance policy can only choose a repair shop from those listed by us.
  • MTPL (Compulsory Motor Third-Party Liability Insurance) – for those affected by a vehicle insured by ADB Compensa Vienna Insurance Group.
