CASCO insurance covers losses due to theft, damage, or destruction of the vehicle or its parts, as well as all sudden and unforeseen incidents, except for those specified as non-insurable events in the policy. Our product is environmentally friendly and is ultimately tailored to the specifications of electric vehicles and the needs of drivers.
Choice of options
Choice of options
You have the option to select between the Extended CASCO insurance policy, which offers an extensive range of coverage, or the Basic CASCO insurance policy, which provides standard coverage. These options differ in the scope of insurance protection and the number of additional services included. We can also offer a Minimal Coverage Alternative insurance package at a very attractive price. The Extended Risk package provides even broader protection for electric vehicle insurance.
Roadside assistance
Roadside assistance
We provide a free roadside assistance service, available 24/7 across the entire territory covered by the insurance policy. You can track the arrival of the assistance vehicle in real time on your mobile phone. If possible, we will charge the electric vehicle's battery on-site, eliminating the need for towage.
Replacement vehicle
Replacement vehicle
We provide a replacement vehicle if you are unable to use your own car after an incident. In certain cases, we will deliver the replacement vehicle to any location you specify in Lithuania. If repairs are needed for your electric vehicle, we will offer a replacement electric vehicle, and in some cases, it will be available for an unlimited duration— for as long as necessary.
Additional coverage
Additional coverage
With the Extended Risk Insurance package, we provide coverage for the driver’s and passengers’ luggage, child seats, animals on board, external equipment, luggage compartments, trailers, additional equipment, state license plates, and the costs associated with replacing lost vehicle documents. We will also help cover the deductible for a rental car abroad, ensuring it does not exceed the deductible specified in your vehicle insurance policy. Additionally, we offer coverage for your home-installed electric vehicle charging station.

In the case of the Extended Risk Insurance package, no deductible applies for glass breakage (including lights, mirrors, or sunroofs), losses caused by natural disasters and forces of nature, collisions with animals on the road, and instances where the vehicle's body can be repaired using special technology without the need for painting. This also applies to your home-installed electric vehicle charging station.

Post-accident expenses
Post-accident expenses
We reimburse the costs associated with the rescue of the vehicle and the transportation of a non-operational vehicle to a repair or storage location. If you choose the Extended Risk Insurance option, we will also cover the expenses for rescue services used, cleaning the vehicle interior after an accident, and the costs for restoring a forcibly cancelled MOT as well as conducting assessments.

We coordinate the repair process and cost estimates directly with the auto repair shop. For electric and hybrid vehicles, we apply very favourable depreciation rates.

Accident insurance

The insurance benefit is paid in the event of injuries, bone fractures, disability, or death suffered by the driver and passengers.

The amount of the insurance benefit depends on the chosen coverage amount and the severity of the injuries sustained.

Voluntary civil liability insurance
Within the specified limits, this insurance covers certain losses to third parties caused by your vehicle or its use (e.g., if your vehicle catches fire and damages a car parked nearby).

It also covers losses incurred by the driver or passengers when opening the doors of the insured vehicle, resulting in damage to third-party property (such as a dented car or a damaged bicycle of a passing cyclist).

Additionally, it covers losses due to accidental spillage of oil, fuel, or other chemicals from a stationary vehicle. We will also compensate for damage to an electric vehicle charging station or electrical source caused by a vehicle left to charge or while attempting to connect or disconnect it from your electric vehicle.

Losses related to aftermarket equipment are covered.

If you are unable to continue your journey, a roadside assistance technician will arrive to perform minor repairs or provide on-site help (such as engine start-up, tire replacement, fuel delivery, on-site charging of the electric vehicle's battery, emergency door unlocking, and delivery of a spare key set).

Lithuania: no limit on the amount of services provided.

Abroad: EUR 600.
Towage of the vehicle to the nearest repair shop or another designated location Towage of the vehicle to the nearest repair shop or another designated location

If the roadside assistance technician determines that the vehicle cannot continue its journey and the issues cannot be resolved on-site, the vehicle will be towed to the nearest repair shop, electric vehicle charging station, or any other location requested by the driver, provided that resolving the issues is technically complex and may take longer than one day.

Lithuania: no limit on the amount of services provided.

Abroad: EUR 500.
Replacement vehicle service Replacement vehicle service

If you cannot continue your journey due to a vehicle breakdown, and the roadside assistance technician determines that the issue cannot be resolved on-site, the vehicle will be transported to a repair shop. Once it is confirmed that the repair will take longer than 1 working day, a replacement vehicle of an equivalent class, but not higher than average, will be provided within 24 hours. You will only need to pay for the fuel used during the rental period, insurance, and any costs associated with picking up and returning the replacement vehicle.

In Lithuania and abroad, the replacement vehicle service is available for up to 10 days, but in all cases, it will not exceed the time required to resolve the breakdown.

We will organize a taxi service for you and your passengers if the roadside assistance technician determines that the vehicle cannot continue its journey and the issue cannot be resolved on-site. In such cases, the vehicle will be transported to the nearest repair shop, where it is confirmed in writing that the repair will take longer than 1 working day.

Lithuania: the taxi service is available for distances of up to 100 km.

Abroad: EUR 150.
Travel continuation service Travel continuation service

If the vehicle cannot continue its journey and the roadside assistance technician determines that the issue cannot be resolved on-site, the vehicle will be transported to a repair shop. In this case, arrangements will be made for the driver and passengers to return by train, bus, or other means of transportation to their permanent residence in Lithuania or to the planned destination of the trip.

Lithuania: not applicable.

Abroad: EUR 250.
Accommodation service Accommodation service

If the roadside assistance technician determines that the vehicle cannot continue its journey and the issue cannot be resolved on-site, and the vehicle is transported to the nearest repair shop where it is confirmed in writing that the repair will take longer than 1 working day (or if the shop is closed due to it being night-time or a holiday), we will arrange accommodation for you and your passengers.

Lithuania: EUR 200.

Abroad: EUR 600.
Vehicle storage Vehicle storage

If, after a breakdown, incident, or traffic accident, it is objectively determined that vehicle storage is necessary, arrangements will be made for its transfer to a fenced and secured parking facility.

Lithuania and abroad: the storage period is up to 14 days.

Legal services are provided in the event of an incident abroad.

Lithuania: not applicable.

Abroad: EUR 300.
Translation service Translation service

Translation assistance is available by phone for resolving any uncertainties with foreign police or other authorities.
