If your luggage is delayed or damaged / destroyed / lost after your flight:
If you are required to pay compensation for damage to the property, health or life of third parties, immediately inform the
Insurer and submit the following documents:
- A third party claim for damages;
- a certificate issued by the competent authorities setting out the circumstances and consequences of the incident;
- Documents confirming the fact and amount of damage caused during the event.
