Please note that when choosing a car repair service, it is important to correctly choose the category of services, which depends on the insurance conditions specified in your insurance policy:

CASCO repair: At the policyholder's choice / New value / Without depreciation - customers who have one of these conditions specified in KASKO insurance and insurance certificate can be changed automatically when going to our recommended car service.

CASCO repair at the Insurer's choice / Market value - customers who have KASKO insurance and the condition "Repair Insurer selection" or "Market value" specified in the insurance policy can be replaced only from the car repair shops specified by us.

Repair at the choice of the Policyholder – customers with CASCO insurance and the insurance policy includes the condition "Repair at the choice of the Insured", can choose a car service company or go to our recommended car services.

New value / Without depreciation - customers with CASCO insurance and whose insurance policy states "New value" or "Without depreciation" can choose a car repair company or go to our recommended services.

Repair at the choice of the Insurer– customers with CASCO insurance and the insurance policy includes the condition "Repair at the Insurer's choice", the car service can be selected only from the car services specified by us.

Market value - customers with Casco insurance and whose insurance policy states "Market value" can choose a car repair company only from the listed car repair shops.
